Recently my son, Nathan, caught this five-pound bass in a pond near our home. Nate is a good fisherman – his dad is not. Perhaps the reason he is a better fisherman than his dad has to do with the fact that Nate actually has a strategy. My son will carefully select his equipment and bait for each occasion. Further, he isn’t afraid to alter his strategy if it fails to produce a catch.

Jesus often likens evangelism to fishing and good fishermen need a strategy. In the power-point below, we have a six-step strategy to catching fish.  If what you have been doing isn’t yielding the results you desire, why not switch up the bait? Whether you are a pastor, Sunday School teacher, or Associational Missionary; I urge you to show this presentation to your group. It is my prayer that you land some keepers!
